    Thanks for the great video.
I don't understand why people take such pleasure in making asinine comments and can't see the good things before their eyes, perhaps I'm becoming a you-tube cynic.
Showing people that in a bad/unexpected situation, the over touted "survival situation," doomsday commeth, Yada yadda… that you, sir, have found a way to make a viable, durable cutting tool which would work amazingly well for most tasks except striking a flint for fire. And if you had a piece of steel too small for a knife, yet decent steel, you could cast it into the spine of the knife for striking a fire.
If more people took these great ideas and ran WITH them, instead of over them, the world would be a little better off. I pine for the young generation coming up. And, yes, you can get quite an edge with hand finishing (oil and a stone) which would be well suited to cut meats and veggies, natural fibers for rope, light carving on a fire stick or basic tools (making chopsticks, eating tools, etc. There are plenty of other ways to cut wood or harder materials. And that thing would be just dandy for self-defense.
Love your channel and projects. I'm a retired/disabled vet and will be trying some of these projects for myself.
    Keep up the good work!!!

Omg, the only reason for a knife like that is to get past security checks, ie airports, courts and thousands other events were you get checked for weapons. You've just proved to IS it can be done dickhead.

    May 31, 2016 at 3:11 am

you need to make the the edge longer, so it would extend to at least about half way up to the blade

  29. Branden Ruckus

    May 31, 2016 at 3:11 am

You'd be better of filling a mold with the epoxy and then sanding it down

    May 31, 2016 at 3:11 am

You should have wet the stones so it wont melt the plastic and the water will help it get much sharper!
