    Hey,

You should do a small boat or skiff! I've seen some really cool wooden boats and with your skill I think you could do it.

    Thanks

I'm going to build this using only a circular saw and a miter box, Next scene, uses table saw!

Hey Mike! I live in OKC and I was wondering what lumber yard you get your wood from. (:

This is a very nice project. If I ever get around to try to copy it, I might leave out the feet and recess the box underneath a little bit further to give the piece a floating look.

you need to strengthen those feet, as soon as you load the unit and try to shift it, the feet will just snap. Double up on the thickness and have the back section run into the base frame.

I'm guessing you went to community college (Just a guess). If yes, which one? If No, what resources did you use to gain this skill?

P.S. This might sound like an ignorant question but I'm not from the US and don't fully understand how things work over there. Your country's quest for exclusivity doesn't make it any easier.

…so additionally to the circular saw and the mitre saw you also need a table saw and the machine to plane the little strips…

Nice work! You can get internal push-openers (IKEA do cheap ones, Blum do nicer ones), so you just press the corner of the door and it pushes it out a little way to get your fingers behind. Likewise you can get push-to-open drawer slides. Allows you to keep the sleek handle-free look but they're a little easier to use.
