    Can the the 2×4 be ripped to 1×2. My thinking… are 2×4 a overkill or does it have to be to hold its own weight.

    Awesome. I love the desert, I have a small plot in Arizona that I am building a campsite on or us to visit on the weekends. I may have to do this for some entertainment.

    But this project isn't really transportable, if I'm going camping I can't really pack this up and put in my car….BUT its a good idea for a permit backyard spot.

    It's not a generator, it's a rechargeable battery with an AC power inverter to make AC power.

    Very interested in the goal zero generator. Hadn't realized there was a solar powered option in a clean generator available at all.

    What a fantastic project! You always amaze me with what you'll bring next. I love what you do. Oh, and my family used to live in Joshua Tree and Twentynine Palms. dont worry to much about the rattlers that love to come out at night. Just keep an eye out.
