So how thicker can the copper get? What happens if you leave it in the solution for a whole day?

Can you electroform the bottom 1/4 or so of a resin bowl/object? That could look pretty neat especially if it's polished up before it's 'floated' on the solution. No idea if it would work, so I'm just asking if the idea would work.

Try taking it out before it's fully done, and you could have a really cool half and half situation

Electro form a pair of boots or make a golden snitch. Also, I recently copper leafed the inside of a metallic lampshade and it looks really cool. You could totally protect the outer side of a shade and copper plate/form the inside of one.

are you able to reuse the solution you put it in or do you have to buy a new bottle every time you make one?

could you use a wax carving then after plating, melt out the wax? I expect it would be fragile but could maybe be submerged in epoxy.

If you printed a piece with PVA. Painted it and then plated it. Then plate it in an ice bath or at least cold water. Clean it with an ultrasonic hot water bath. You could make hollow projects. The PVA dissolves in hot water. You would have to make the copper a lot thicker.
