Shrink wrap…the material that actually clings and expands when you use it lol
    Looks cool though.
You just need some saran wrap for a web and you can make a spider with pieces cut from a cardboard box and some black spray paint.
Sure you could buy something but you can make something totally fucking demonic by drawing and cutting the thing together.

I would crate a 1 legged spider with spikes, razors, a tail covered in barns and them a print out of Donald Trump's for the head!

For who is this video? I mean is it for kids ? It's not very technical and it seems easy to figure out how to do without a DIY.

Commentator, is this you in the video? You sound like you have a beard. The guy in the video should grow a beard. People would take him more seriously.

When I was a kid in elementary school we did this with tape (the sticky one). Laying the web is much easier : because of the glue, the the take sticks on everything : doors, calls, chairs, tables and also the "wrapping around" part is much easier : one single wrap is strong enough to hold the entire web. Also, the tape, being thinner than the foil, is much more realistic. And also, being sticky means that you could easily get trapped into it or attach things.

A single 10 cents roll of tape could easily make some enormous webs… it's also cheap this way!

And if you want to make this stick like like a real spider web, use clear packing tape.
