This is really cool looking! If I were a wine drinker I'd have to build a wine rack simmilar to this. A very cool project!

I wouldn't want to make this UNTIL I saw that cool looking chamfer! Now, I must build.
Quick question: was that a 30° cut you put on the boards?

The triangular gussets don't give only a great look, but they also give a well structural support to the overall structure 😉

Hi, just wondering. You clean up the sides of all the racks. Would it not have been easier to make one long hexacon (not sure if that is the right word), and then cut them all in the right size afterwards?

This is great, and I have an idea from this. However, I need to know what was the width of the cut of the cherry boards on the table saw? I don't think you mentioned it. I know you had the angle at 60 degrees, just looking for how wide you went.

You missed glue on the last joint where it closes up. Oh no!

From Making it: I like when you explain your decision making process just to know why you did things, but you definitely shouldn't feel like you have to justify your way of doing something.

Is it me or was the glue missing at the last joint when he tape rolled the hexagon?!

when you started sanding the second time, but didn't do the "sand in…" right away, I would have swore i heard it. It's like your sander just makes that sound to me now haha
