This is the most amazing 3D printer add. I was on the fence about getting one, now I need one! A CR-10s may be in my future. Just one question, how many spools of PLA did you use?

With all the material used, how long did this project take & what do you estimate the cost is?

Its obvious the amount of time and effort put into these projects Bob. Well done and WOW, the end result is pretty cool. I saw it mentioned elsewhere, but you should keep the ILTMS/Transformers transition for all your vids from now on. Get the announcer from Justice League – "Meanwhile. . . . "

Every time you said primer or prime I was waiting to hear the transform sound effect. I really enjoyed it. Thanks for sharing.

Also I just picked up some bondo for a lightsaber case I was working on and was dreading the mixing and then the heavy sanding so seeing that spot putty just gave me the greatest alternative with regards to dry time and sanding… thanks!!!!

As a fan from middle 2017 of yours.
I actually didn't really like this project Bob
Don't get me wrong everyone. I love the way that he puts effort in his videos to help or maybe even entertain us.
But just saying that between all the successful project you made, this is the least favorite one. Just in my opinion

Love the video. Quick question though. What do you use to record your videos? I've noticed GoPros peeking in some of your shots and was wondering if that's all it was?

Hi Bob, the truthfulness in your face while doing this build, PRICELESS. The Transformers for me, as a child. Was the first example of good and evil that I understood the difference. Still, Megatron is was a misunderstood character. Really enjoyed this video!

Hey Bob, love your content, you are a genius! Just wanted to say that your electronics portion of this video has really helped my planning on making an E-11 stormtrooper blaster, really appreciate the insight you gave. Anyway, great work, that turned out really awesome!

Many roads to the mastery of translating vision to reality. Came out great! I still have my original Optimus Prime in it's box, in the attic I think.

Any Autobot would dig this!!! I absolutely LOVE how this project is beyond just 3D printing something as one piece. Sanding filling, glueing segments together, foam, electronics, and paint — now that's a prop. Really transformed this video into something inspiring. So fun and a really cool project!
