you Killed IT! Every room is a winner! The last was my least favorite, but it WORKED and that is what is important. In the first bedroom, I think the "messy bed" was better because somehow it made sense with the movement in the art above the bed. Paint and carpet so much better! The mirrored doors were the ticket. Yes, a table between the chairs!
The second bedroom was a class act! I loved the deep panel that hid the roller shade. I am an interior designer with a focus on drapery design ( http://www.brendasinteriorfashions.com )( most of my clients have everything they want and need someone to pull it together with a window fashion that works ) I loved the lighting. The open shelving in the third bedroom certainly kept the TV from looking awkward.

These are very nice rooms, but they lack your usual wow factor that I'm used to from your makeovers. maybe cause the artwork isn't my style. but ironically I love this Mr.client, very memorable.

Rebecca, do you ever give the cost of these redesigns? It would be so helpful to know if they are even feasible for average people to afford.

Yes, absolutely, Mr. Client….spring for a table! Minimal cost, and a place to set their beverage, glasses, etc. great budget designs!

I lOVE ALL of your work and designs. I once studied Interior Design in Savannah, GA at SCAD in 1988 and loved it but life and responsibility got in the way and I moved to Los Angeles, CA. I married, divorced 11 yrs. ago (extreme divorce) and recently a breast cancer survivor (2months). I sing professionally as well, but became an elementary teacher to survive my divorce and still trying to survive today, but still have the itch to return to Interior Design. I sooo miss it and it comes very natural to me. Do you have any suggestions on how I can get started in Interior Design again besides attending design school? Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful and creative work!

Rancho Santa Fe is nothing cheap and affordable. If he can afford the house he can afford the table. Chairs do not look good at end of bed. I still love your decorating and would LOVE for you to decorate my condo in Temecula!

These are pretty, but look like hotels. Hotel-looking bedrooms can be neat, but these are too simple and uncomfortable imo.

I loved grandma`s guest room because of the mix of stripes and floral, the hanging lights and the great optical illusion with the drapes!! FABULOUS!!!
