I loved It! My dogs are also old, so I understand this need for the bowl stay high from the floor. I loved the vídeo and the furniture you came out with! And congrats for your learning along the way. Kisses from Brazil!

Using your razor on the edge banding might go better if you sharpen it with something like this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000WALUV6/
I got that on the recommendation of a video from the Punished Props youtube channel.

Haha an awesome project indeed! The whole process of designing, tinkering and executing is obviously really cool as well!!
For saving yourself misery with making holes, you'd use circular cutter (or DIY one) 😀

Dude, great job! This video is such a perfect representation of what this whole thing is all about! People sharing ideas, being inspired, and trying new things. And your dog got a rad new water bowl! Huge thumbs up!

Nice project, Caleb! I am a fan of Modern design.

OMG, no CNC! I have to give you a lot of credit for resisting the temptation. By cutting out your parts with traditional power tools, I’m sure the material consumed was more efficient.

Very cool! It turned out great. I have to ask about the octopus print on your shelf though. It looks awesome and I want to print one!
