Im a contractor and these clients got ripped off bad, this ALWAYS happens when you go with these designers that have no respect for budgets. Or in that cost it included her cut and she has a high fee. All this couldve been done EASILY under 50k , 30k if smart when resourcing.
$150k? and they kept that 2000´s old ugly toilet in the bathroom? Little details like this make the difference between basic people and `the extra´ ones.
