Great project and video, very enjoyable. The only thing that could make your channel and videos more enjoyable would be to include patterns/ measurements. Bet it would increase your subscription numbers also
I've been off using plywood on the laser, because I inevitably wind up with a large section where the laser just will NOT go through. Don't have the same problem with either solid wood or really garbage underlayment, so I've been using those, but I really love plywood. Is this stuff ever giving you that problem? Is it maybe that I'm using lousy plywood?

You could sell precut kits for that box. Put the lasercutter to work.
