Sorry for your loss, but it was also a great piece you made too. Its always good to get things out creatively. My dad was also a big pool player and I lost him last year to cancer as well. Keep strong.

David, a while back on your podcast you bemoaned the fact that you don't feel good enough to make sculptures. I have been though galleries of top quality art that have not moved me as much as this piece. It has been with me all day. Thank you sir.

I never really had a relationship with my father, and one day he just died… I felt no remorse, no loss, nothing, I can't imagine what you are going through. I think it's a beautiful thing that you respect his love and memory by making that shadow box David. like others have said on here, you are in our lives weekly like family, take your time, recoup, and sorry for your loss bud. love your channels btw, I share you with the guys at work all the time.

Great idea. Inspired me to build something similar. My dad passed a few years ago and I've got a few things of his I want to keep but didn't know really how to keep it all together. Think I'll be building a fishing lure display with storage behind. Thanks for sharing.
