What is the purpose with 12 hour digital watches? Does it have something to with Americans still measuring stuff with their limbs and fairly big stones?

You do really good work. It looks like your display isn't centered properly though. I think that would could make a veneer yourself and have it look a lot more dynamic and be more functional (since you could plan the pattern around the display to best see it).

An aggressive file is the best way to bring veneer down to size, then I touch it with 120 grit and you're off. Always sand/file unidirectional towards the glue, so as to not pull the veneer away.

Use the edge of a bastard file to cut/shave off the edges of the veneer. Thats what I used when I made kitchens :)

I am very bad at soldering, like I mean I always make mistakes on the direction parts are supposed to be facing, and where parts go. Like I mean It is always accidental mistakes.

You could have saved some time by drilling that power cord hole in the first place rather than cutting it in half and wiring it back up
