    – Does another project with rock salt

Though this one probably doesn't count as you didn't try to turn it haha. 😛 What an absolutely gorgeous lamp, I would love to have something like this in my home! Beautiful 🙂

Nice. One of those new color changing bulbs via the Google Home or Echo might prove some interesting effects with that salt! Plus dimmers might be a nice touch. Cool project! (your wife is your biggest fan! cute!)

Im all for epoxys and hazardous liquid materials floating around your channel (hah!) But theres something fascinating about watching a dead lump of tree getting turned (hah!) into something else.

I also have to say. Love the music, but wood (hah!) love to hear more of your voice as well.

I thought you were going to throw the salt into a container and turn your own salt/epoxy cylinder.

I think if you sanded the cracks to look like one continuous groove through both rings it would be looking even better
