    I like what you've done with the place. Except the drywall. Those were 48" panels, weren't they? You should really get to know and love 54" panels. That gap/seam at the top must have been a beast to tape and mud. How tired were your arms after that? 🙁

    Hang ceilings (without screws around the last 12" nearest the walls, allowing the level to float for a better seam), then the top wall board tight against the ceiling (and supporting those floating ceiling panels), then the lower wall boards tight to those.

    Finally, I HIGHLY recommend leaving a 1" gap between the floor (anywhere, not just the garage) and the drywall so that minor floods don't ever wick up into the walls.

    So, I assume you have a business license for this YouTube channel… Since your workshop is your "office" can you write off the cost of the remodel?
